Olympus Encantada

My husband and I recently moved in and had a wonderful experience! We moved across the country and had to find a place very quickly. Nicole and Adrian made the process so easy and seamless. They answered all of our questions so quickly (and we had a lot). The apartments are clean and very nice and the amenities are awesome. Highly recommend!

I recently moved cross country and toured several places in Albuquerque and Olympus was definitely my favorite. I’ve been living here for over a month and have enjoyed my experience. Nicole has been extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had a smooth move! I’m forever grateful. The staff including the maintenance staff is super friendly and communicative. The apartments are spacious and I’ve felt safe living in this complex. The one thing I will say is that living on the first floor you do hear the folks upstairs and if you are a light sleeper that may be annoying. It hasn’t been a problem for me but I want to be 100% transparent. I’ve moved around a lot for work and have lived in several cities, and the staff at Olympus has been amazing by far and this has been one of the easier moves I've made.

I really thought this would be a good place to live in Albuquerque. I moved a month ago and unfortunately I have had bad experiences. The amenities are good, although they are old, some are broken or burned by the people who lived there before. They mentioned they were going to repair it, but after a month nothing has happened. Some of tenants are not friendly or polite to you. The receptionist team has been friendly and nice. There is no security inside the complex, even though they sell you that the place is closed and has a gate, sometimes they leave it open all night and therefore, random people come and go, they check your car at night to steal what you have inside or they steal the entire vehicle. There is a courtesy patrol, but they only appear if you call them and leave them a message, so if they are assaulting or robbing you right away they won't solve anything. More than anything, people use that patrol to knock on your door in a rude manner as if you were a criminal just to tell you that you have to turn down the volume of your TV that is attached to the window, because the movie you are watching it’s "very loud", instead of them keeping an eye on who is trying to mug you or trying to steal your property. We were aware that there were additional fees, we did not know about the garbage valet, nor that it was mandatory, despite this we are paying for it and we have tried to use it, but they have not collected the garbage the times we took it out, not even two days after that has been left outside at the scheduled time, clearly the trash can is needed inside the house to continue putting the trash there, so I throw out my own trash; Honestly this service is the least used, ****I suggest eliminating this service and adding a guard during the day and night at the entrance to the complex.**** Now, about the parking, if you didn't have the opportunity to obtain and pay for a covered space, you have to look for parking in a random place, even though it is much further away from your apartment. The layout of the apartment itself is very strange, you can't really fit your couch with the TV without it being crooked, you can't square it completely, and if you put your TV on the window it will obviously be heard a little outside, but you can't make any noise after 10PM or they evict you due to noise. I really hope Olympus fix or find out how can help with the security situation inside of the complex!! All this happened in a month, I can't wait to experience more… 😐

Me and my partner recently moved to NM and were blessed to have found this property. The whole process went smoothly thanks to Nicole, at first we were bit worried about doing everything from a distant but she made everything so easy and answered all our questions in a timely manner. We've had no issues whatsoever since moving in , it's really a great place with great service from the leasing office and maintenance as well.

My wife and I lived in this complex for almost 2 years. We absolutely loved it! The staff in the office is amazing. They are always helpful and willing to assist in any way. We even have had the office place packages in our apartment if we were out of town for an extended period of time. We were in a quieter 3rd floor 2BR apartment. We did live on the 1st floor and had noisy neighbors so would recommend higher floor if you like more quiet. Parking can be a little crazy so I would recommend a covered spot. The grounds were always clean and the maintenance staff handled all requests within 24-48 hours. This is definitely luxury for the Albuquerque area. We had issues with theft but I think this is common to all areas and no fault to the complex. Any issues we brought up were handled with ease and efficiently. If we ever end up the Albuquerque area again, we will definitely stay here again.
